嗜酸性粒细胞增多症的病因多种多样，其中反应性嗜酸性粒细胞增多症的病因包括变态反应、感染、结缔组织疾病、肿瘤、嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎、呼吸系统疾病等。嗜酸性粒细胞增多症会导致血液呈高凝状态，从而引发脑梗死、心肌梗死、下肢静脉血栓形成。该文总结1例反应性嗜酸性粒细胞增多症并发多发性脑梗死患者的诊治经过，该例患者既往有多种海鲜过敏史，此次进食海鲜后出现持续性嗜酸性粒细胞增多，并出现了多发性脑梗死及左下肢静脉血栓形成，在脱离过敏原并经抗血小板聚集、调脂、抗凝、肾上腺皮质激素治疗及对症处理后患者病情好转出院，随访情况稳定。鉴于嗜酸性粒细胞增多症的病因有多种，临床表现各异，合并症较多，早期明确诊断及时治疗尤为重要。

Thepathogenesisofeosinophiliaisdiverse.Thecausesofreactivehypereosinophiliain-cluded allergic response,infection,connective tissue diseases,malignant tumors,eosinophilic gastroenteritis and respiratory system diseases,etc. Eosinophilia could cause blood hypercoagulable state,leading to cerebral infarction,myocardial infarction and lower limb venous thrombosis. In this report,the diagnosis and treatment of one patient with reactive eosinophilia complicated with multiple cerebral infarction were summarized. The pa-tient had a allergic history of seafood. He presented with persistent eosinophilia along with multiple cerebral in-farction and left lower limb venous thrombosis after eating seafood. The symptoms were alleviated and the patient's condition was stabilized after corresponding treatment. Regarding the diverse etiologies of eosinophilia, different clinical manifestations and multiple complications,an early definite diagnosis and effective treatment are extremely pivotal.
