津秦客运专线10 kV供配电系统采用全电缆电力贯通线路,电缆线路中的电容电流会使贯通线末端电压升高并产生过量容性无功,通过分析、仿真和测试,对津秦客运专线的电容电流补偿方案进行验证,全电缆供配电系统系统中性点采用经过小电阻接地方式,采用沿线设置固定电抗器补偿和变、配电所内分组投切电抗器补偿相结合的容性电流补偿方法,再加上有载调压器的配合,可使供电电压水平和功率因数达到设计要求,获得良好供电指标。
津秦客運專線10 kV供配電繫統採用全電纜電力貫通線路,電纜線路中的電容電流會使貫通線末耑電壓升高併產生過量容性無功,通過分析、倣真和測試,對津秦客運專線的電容電流補償方案進行驗證,全電纜供配電繫統繫統中性點採用經過小電阻接地方式,採用沿線設置固定電抗器補償和變、配電所內分組投切電抗器補償相結閤的容性電流補償方法,再加上有載調壓器的配閤,可使供電電壓水平和功率因數達到設計要求,穫得良好供電指標。

Electric run-through line with full cable was employed in the 10 kV power supply and distribution system of Tianjin-Qinhuangdao railway passenger-dedicated line. However, the capacitive current in the cable line may cause voltage rising at the end of the run-through line and may cause overmuch capacitive reactive power. For that reason, this paper verified the compensation scheme of capacitive current for Tianjin-Qinhuangdao railway passenger-dedicated line by means of analysis, simulation and testing. Meanwhile, the neutral point of the power supply and distribution system with full cable was earthed via the low resistance; the fixed electric reactor compensation along the railway was combined with the electric reactor compensation in the form of group switching within the substations and distribution substations, so as to do compensation of capacitive current; and all the measures were cooperated by on-load voltage regulators. It is concluded in this paper that by the use of solution measures above-mentioned, the power supply voltage level and power factors can meet design requirement, and a good power supply effect can be achieved.
