在工程中因注浆钻孔止浆(止水)套管封固质量合格经常出现止浆(止水)套管的失效现象。为保证和提高套管封固质量,要求注浆堵水钻孔要尽量选择在坚硬完整无水岩层内开孔;并从增加止浆(止水)套管的有效封固长度,选择安全的套管底口位置,使用较好的注浆封固材料,提高止浆(止水)套管的材质和丝扣加工质量,并改进套管封固工艺以增加止浆(止水)套管的阻力等。
