目的:研究眼轴、角膜屈光力、晶状体屈光力与儿童屈光不正的关系。<br> 方法:通过睫状肌麻痹检影验光及光学生物测量仪( IOL-Master)获得44例88眼的屈光不正度数、眼轴、角膜屈光力、前房深度等参数,经计算得到晶状体度数。按屈光不正度数分为远视组、正视组、近视组,直线相关与回归比较年龄和屈光不正与各屈光参数之间的关系。<br> 结果:受试者44例88眼,平均年龄9.04±2.39岁,等效球镜(SE)-3.50~+8.75D;远视组眼轴比近视正视组短(P<0.05),远视组晶状体屈光力明显低于近视正视组( P<0.05),三组间角膜屈光力和前房深度无明显差别。本研究发现年龄与等效球镜( SE)之间成负相关;眼轴与年龄成正相关;年龄与晶状体屈光力成正相关;SE与眼轴成负相关;SE与晶状体屈光力有负相关关系。<br> 结论:儿童随年龄增长,SE向近视发展,眼轴变长,晶状体屈光力增强;SE越偏远视,眼轴越短、晶状体屈光力越弱。
目的:研究眼軸、角膜屈光力、晶狀體屈光力與兒童屈光不正的關繫。<br> 方法:通過睫狀肌痳痺檢影驗光及光學生物測量儀( IOL-Master)穫得44例88眼的屈光不正度數、眼軸、角膜屈光力、前房深度等參數,經計算得到晶狀體度數。按屈光不正度數分為遠視組、正視組、近視組,直線相關與迴歸比較年齡和屈光不正與各屈光參數之間的關繫。<br> 結果:受試者44例88眼,平均年齡9.04±2.39歲,等效毬鏡(SE)-3.50~+8.75D;遠視組眼軸比近視正視組短(P<0.05),遠視組晶狀體屈光力明顯低于近視正視組( P<0.05),三組間角膜屈光力和前房深度無明顯差彆。本研究髮現年齡與等效毬鏡( SE)之間成負相關;眼軸與年齡成正相關;年齡與晶狀體屈光力成正相關;SE與眼軸成負相關;SE與晶狀體屈光力有負相關關繫。<br> 結論:兒童隨年齡增長,SE嚮近視髮展,眼軸變長,晶狀體屈光力增彊;SE越偏遠視,眼軸越短、晶狀體屈光力越弱。
목적:연구안축、각막굴광력、정상체굴광력여인동굴광불정적관계。<br> 방법:통과첩상기마비검영험광급광학생물측량의( IOL-Master)획득44례88안적굴광불정도수、안축、각막굴광력、전방심도등삼수,경계산득도정상체도수。안굴광불정도수분위원시조、정시조、근시조,직선상관여회귀비교년령화굴광불정여각굴광삼수지간적관계。<br> 결과:수시자44례88안,평균년령9.04±2.39세,등효구경(SE)-3.50~+8.75D;원시조안축비근시정시조단(P<0.05),원시조정상체굴광력명현저우근시정시조( P<0.05),삼조간각막굴광력화전방심도무명현차별。본연구발현년령여등효구경( SE)지간성부상관;안축여년령성정상관;년령여정상체굴광력성정상관;SE여안축성부상관;SE여정상체굴광력유부상관관계。<br> 결론:인동수년령증장,SE향근시발전,안축변장,정상체굴광력증강;SE월편원시,안축월단、정상체굴광력월약。
AIM: To evaluate the relationship between axial length ( AL ) , corneal and lens refractive power, and the refractive error in children. <br> METHODS:Totally 44 children 88 eyes with refractive error who underwent retinoscopy with cycloplegia, to be measured spherical equivalent refractive error. Axial length was measured by a noncontact optical biometry ( ZEISS IOL-Master) , and corneal K and anterior chamber depth ( ACD) were also measured by the same machine. The refractive power of the lens was calculated by using the SRK formula. The patients were divided into 3 groups, myopia (SE<0), hyperopia (SE>+0. 50D) and emmetropia ( 0 to + 0. 50D ). Linear Correlation and Regression were used to evaluate the correlation among the optical parameters. <br> RESULTS:Totally 44 subjects, 88 eyes, average 9. 04±2.39 years, spherical equivalent (SE) -3. 50D to +8. 75D. Hyperopic AL was shorter than the other two groups ( P<0.05), same trend in lens power. No significant differences among the 3 groups in corneal K and ACD. There was a negative correlation between age and SE, SE and AL, SE and lens refractive power, and there was a positive correlation between age and AL, age and lens power. <br> CONCLUSION:As the children's growing up, SE trends to myopia, and AL becomes longer, and lens power is stronger.
