目的:研究低强度白光照射对小鼠视网膜的影响。<br> 方法:C57 BL/6 J小鼠30只,随机分为两组,每组15只,实验组每天下午4:00~5:00暗适应,5:00~6:00用LED白灯光照,光照强度为100lux,实验时间为1mo。实验开始第1,3,7,14,30d测视网膜外核层( outer nuclear layer,ONL)厚度,内核层( inner nuclear layer,INL)厚度变化,组织学染色及视觉电生理变化。<br> 结果:实验后1mo,实验组与对照组相比,Rod-R a波潜伏期延长,Cone-R b波振幅下降,b波潜伏期延长,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组与对照组在组织学染色上无明显差异,外核层厚度无明显变化,内核层厚度亦无明显变化。<br> 结论:100 lux低强度白光照射可引起暗适应后小鼠视网膜功能发生改变。

AIM: To investigate the effect of low intensity white light irradiation on the retinas of mice. <br> METHODS: Thirty C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into two groups. The number of the mice in each group was 15. The mice in experimental group received dark adaptation from 5:00p. m. to 6:00p. m. , and then exposed to LED white light from 6:00p. m. to 7:00p. m. everyday for a month. At 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30d after the beginning, we examed the histology of mice retinas, calculated the thickness of outer nuclear layer ( ONL ) , inner nuclear layer ( INL ) and analyzed electrophysiology of mice. <br> RESULTS:One month after experiment, compared to the control group, the latency of Rod-R a wave of the mice in experimental group significantly prolonged, the amplitude of Cone-R b wave of the mice in experimental group significantly decreased and the latency of b wave of the mice in experimental group significantly prolonged ( P<0. 05). There are no significant difference in the histology of retina, ONL and INL thicknesses. <br> CONCLUSION: 100lux low intensity white light could give rise to the impairment of the retinal functions in dark-adapted mice.
