本实验建立了一种从平菇菌丝中提取总RNA的方法。对利用该方法提取的总RNA进行凝胶电泳、紫外分光光度检测,结果显示:所提取RNA的条带清晰,无降解,具有较高的纯度。RT-PCR分析结果进一步表明,所提取的RNA质量较好,能够用于后续的分子生物学研究。

본실험건립료일충종평고균사중제취총RNA적방법。대이용해방법제취적총RNA진행응효전영、자외분광광도검측,결과현시:소제취RNA적조대청석,무강해,구유교고적순도。RT-PCR분석결과진일보표명,소제취적RNA질량교호,능구용우후속적분자생물학연구。
This experiment established a method for the extraction of total RNA from the mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus. The total RNA extracted by using this method was determined through gel electrophoresis and ultraviolet spectrometer. The results indica-ted that the RNA isolated from the mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus showed clear bands,and possessed higher purity without degrada-tion. RT-PCR amplification results also showed that the quality of the extracted RNA was better,and could meet the demand of subsequent molecular biology studies.
