采用HPLC法测定了不同产地、不同生长年限的桔梗样品中桔梗皂苷D的含量。结果显示:不同产地、不同生长年限的桔梗样品中桔梗皂苷D含量差别较大;桔梗样品中桔梗皂苷D的含量与其生长年限呈正相关;以山东淄博3年生桔梗中的桔梗皂苷D含量最高。

Through adopting HPLC method,we determined the content of platycodin D in Platycodon grandiflorum samples at various growth ages and from different areas. The results revealed that there was a great difference in the content of platycodin D in various samples;the content of platycodin D in Platycodon grandiflorum sample was positively correlated with its growth age;the 3-year-old Platycodon grandiflorum sample from Zibo,Shandong had the highest platycodin D content.
