室内实验结果表明:氰氟虫腙对南昌和九江地区小菜蛾( Plutella xylostella)田间种群3龄幼虫的LC50分别为21.95和17.03 mg /L;用亚致死剂量( LC50)的氰氟虫腙处理小菜蛾种群后,处理代种群表现为化蛹率、蛹重、羽化率和繁殖力显著降低,蛹期明显延长,成虫寿命显著缩短,子代种群表现为卵孵化率和平均单雌产卵量显著下降,幼虫和蛹的历期显著延长。
室內實驗結果錶明:氰氟蟲腙對南昌和九江地區小菜蛾( Plutella xylostella)田間種群3齡幼蟲的LC50分彆為21.95和17.03 mg /L;用亞緻死劑量( LC50)的氰氟蟲腙處理小菜蛾種群後,處理代種群錶現為化蛹率、蛹重、羽化率和繁殖力顯著降低,蛹期明顯延長,成蟲壽命顯著縮短,子代種群錶現為卵孵化率和平均單雌產卵量顯著下降,幼蟲和蛹的歷期顯著延長。
실내실험결과표명:청불충종대남창화구강지구소채아( Plutella xylostella)전간충군3령유충적LC50분별위21.95화17.03 mg /L;용아치사제량( LC50)적청불충종처리소채아충군후,처리대충군표현위화용솔、용중、우화솔화번식력현저강저,용기명현연장,성충수명현저축단,자대충군표현위란부화솔화평균단자산란량현저하강,유충화용적력기현저연장。
The results of indoor leaf-dipping bioassay showed that the estimated LC50 values of Metaflumizone against the 3rd instar larvae of diamondback moth(Plutella xylostella)field populations in Nanchang and Jiujiang were 21. 95 and 17. 03 mg/L re-spectively . After being treated with Metaflumizone at the sublethal dosage( LC50 ),the population of Plutella xylostella in the treated generation had the following performances:the significant reduction in pupation rate,pupal weight,eclosion rate and fecundity,the obvious extension of pupal duration,and the marked shortening of adult longevity;while the offspring population revealed the notable decline in egg hatching rate and average oviposition per female adult,and the significant prolonging of larval duration and pupal du-ration.
