针对环氧丙烷氯醇法工艺生产过程中产生的高氯离子含量有机废水,提出了采用五效蒸发法对环氧丙烷废水进行预处理,以山东东大化工2000 m3/d环氧丙烷废水处理工程五效蒸发装置为研究对象,分析了五效蒸发法处理环氧丙烷废水的资源利用及污染物减排状况。运行结果表明,采用五效蒸发装置进行预处理后,每年可减少废水排放量405150 m3,并回收废水中的氯化钙,其中固体氯化钙(75%)占59%、液体氯化钙(40%)占41%,具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。

To treat the high chloride content organic wastewater in chlorohyrin propylene oxide pro-duction,this paper brought forward the five-effect evaporation technology for the propylene oxide produc-tion wastewater pretreatment.Based on the study of the five-effect evaporation equipments of Shan-dong Dongda Chemical Group(2 000 m3/d),the resource utilization and the decrease of the waste discharge of the five-effect evaporation technology were studied.The operation result demonstrated that the wastewater would meet the requirement if it was treated by this technology as pretreatment and then treated by the following process.The wastewater discharge would decrease by 405 150 m3/a,the reclaimed solid calcium chloride (75%)would be 59%,and the reclaimed liquid calcium chloride (40%)would be 41%,which showed satisfying environmental and economic benefits.
