为实现电网规划与设计工作的高效性与科学性,通过建立统一的电网规划设计数据中心,充分利用已建成的用电信息管理系统和调度SCADA、生产PMIS、电网GIS数据,以CAD可视化技术为支撑,融合国网统一规划平台,整合现有电网仿真分析工具,研发一个将规划研究、工程可研、技术评价、经济分析高度融合的可视化、向导式的电网规划与设计一体化平台,实现网架自动规划、计划自动排序、标准设计套用的规划设计编制与评审系统,使电网规划设计高效化、科学化,提高规划与设计成果的统一管理和利用效率。
為實現電網規劃與設計工作的高效性與科學性,通過建立統一的電網規劃設計數據中心,充分利用已建成的用電信息管理繫統和調度SCADA、生產PMIS、電網GIS數據,以CAD可視化技術為支撐,融閤國網統一規劃平檯,整閤現有電網倣真分析工具,研髮一箇將規劃研究、工程可研、技術評價、經濟分析高度融閤的可視化、嚮導式的電網規劃與設計一體化平檯,實現網架自動規劃、計劃自動排序、標準設計套用的規劃設計編製與評審繫統,使電網規劃設計高效化、科學化,提高規劃與設計成果的統一管理和利用效率。

In order to realize the efficiency and scientificity of power network planning and design,a unified data center for power network planning and design should be established.Based on the electricity information management system, supervisory control and data acquisition,power production management information system,the data of power grid GIS and the visualization technology of CAD,unified planning platform of State Grid were fused,as well as the existing simulation analysis tools of power network was integrated. The visual and guided integration platform with planning research, engineering feasibility study,technological assessment and economic analysis was developed for power network planning and design,which could realize automatic power grid planning,schedule automatic sorting,preparation and evaluation system of planning and design.It can realize the efficiency and scientificity of power network planning and design,and improve the unified management and utilization efficiency of planning results.
