目的：探讨温针灸配合超短波治疗颞颌关节紊乱的疗效。方法：将64例颞颌关节紊乱患者随机分为治疗组（33例）与对照组（31例），治疗组采用温针灸配合超短波治疗，对照组采用药物治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为90.91%，高于对照组的70.97%（P<0.05）。结论：温针灸配合超短波治疗颞颌关节紊乱疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
目的：探討溫針灸配閤超短波治療顳頜關節紊亂的療效。方法：將64例顳頜關節紊亂患者隨機分為治療組（33例）與對照組（31例），治療組採用溫針灸配閤超短波治療，對照組採用藥物治療，觀察兩組臨床療效。結果：治療組總有效率為90.91%，高于對照組的70.97%（P<0.05）。結論：溫針灸配閤超短波治療顳頜關節紊亂療效顯著，值得臨床推廣應用。
목적：탐토온침구배합초단파치료섭합관절문란적료효。방법：장64례섭합관절문란환자수궤분위치료조（33례）여대조조（31례），치료조채용온침구배합초단파치료，대조조채용약물치료，관찰량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위90.91%，고우대조조적70.97%（P<0.05）。결론：온침구배합초단파치료섭합관절문란료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of warm needling combined with ultrashort wave therapy for derangement of temporomandibular joint. Methods:64 cases of patients with derangement of temporomandibular joint were randomly divided into treatment group (33 cases) and control group (31 cases), the treatment group treated by warm needling combined with ultrashort wave therapy, while control group by medication, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.91%, which was high than 70.97%that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of warm needing combined with ultrashort wave therapy has significant curative effect on derangement of temporo-mandibular joint, deserves clinical promotion and application.
