目的：探讨整复推拿治疗颈性头痛的疗效。方法：116例颈性头痛患者均采用整复推拿治疗，观察其颈椎功能变化情况。结果：痊愈75例，显效30例，有效15例，无效6例，总有效率为95.2%。结论：整复推拿治疗颈性头痛疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of massage for cervical headache. Methods:116 cases of patients with cervical headache were all treated by massage and observed their change of cervical vertebra function. Results:75 cases were cured, 30 cases were excellent, 15 cases were effe-tive, and 6 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 95.2%. Conclusion:Massage has significant curative effect on cervical headache, deserves clini-cal promotion and application.
