目的:通过对鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药基因和插入序列遗传标记进行研究来了解鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药机制,为临床治疗性用药、提供临床疗效提供实验依据。方法通过细菌药物敏感试验检测鲍曼不动杆菌对抗菌药物的耐药情况,通过PCR方法检测鲍曼不动杆菌的携带β-内酰胺类药物耐药基因的状况以及插入序列遗传标记的情况。结果细菌药物敏感试验检测结果是鲍曼不动杆菌对多种抗菌药物均耐药,共检出TEM、OXA-2、ADC、CTX-M-1、CTX-M-2、IMP、OXA-24等耐药基因,插入序列遗传标记ISabal、IS26、tnp513检出率分别为80.43%和47.82%、52.17%。结论β-内酰胺酶基因广泛存在于鲍曼不动杆菌中,是鲍曼不动杆菌对目前临床常用的β-内酰胺类药物存在多重耐药的主要原因。多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性与插入序列遗传标记有一定的相关性。

목적:통과대포만불동간균적내약기인화삽입서렬유전표기진행연구래료해포만불동간균적내약궤제,위림상치료성용약、제공림상료효제공실험의거。방법통과세균약물민감시험검측포만불동간균대항균약물적내약정황,통과PCR방법검측포만불동간균적휴대β-내선알류약물내약기인적상황이급삽입서렬유전표기적정황。결과세균약물민감시험검측결과시포만불동간균대다충항균약물균내약,공검출TEM、OXA-2、ADC、CTX-M-1、CTX-M-2、IMP、OXA-24등내약기인,삽입서렬유전표기ISabal、IS26、tnp513검출솔분별위80.43%화47.82%、52.17%。결론β-내선알매기인엄범존재우포만불동간균중,시포만불동간균대목전림상상용적β-내선알류약물존재다중내약적주요원인。다중내약포만불동간균적내약성여삽입서렬유전표기유일정적상관성。
Objective To study the drug resistance gene and genetic markers of insertion sequence of acinetobacter baumannii,so as to understand the resistance mechanisms of acinetobacter baumannii and provide experimental evidence for clinical medication and clinical curative effect. Methods Drug sensitivity tests were carried out to test the drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii towards anti-bacterial drugs. PCR was applied to test the drug resistance gene of β-lactam antibiotics carried by acinetobacter baumannii as well as test the genetic markers of insertion sequence. Results The results of drug sensitivity tests showed that acinetobacter baumannii is resistant to various kinds of anti-bacterial drugs.Drug resistance genes,such as TEM,OXA-2,ADC,CTX-M-1,CTX-M-2,IMP-OXA-24,were detected,and the detection rates of genetic marks of insertion sequence, including Isabal, IS26 and tnp513,were 80.43%,47.82% and 52.17% respectively. Conclusion β-lactamase gene is widely distributed in acinetobacter baumannii,which explains the main reason why acinetobacter baumannii has multi-drug resistance towards clinically commonly usedβ-lactam antibiotics.The drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii has a certain correlation with the genetic markers of insertion sequence.
