目的：了解某三甲医院耳鼻喉科门诊诊断为中耳炎单病种患者治疗药物的使用情况，为医院开展药物利用研究工作、临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽查该院耳鼻喉科2013年3～10月间诊断为中耳炎门诊处方的药物使用情况，采用排序和应用频度分析方法进行统计分析。结果用药频度排序前10的药物依次为利福平滴眼液、桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊、氨溴索片、氧氟沙星滴眼液、氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂、糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂、标准桃金娘油肠溶胶囊、布地奈德鼻喷雾剂、枸地氯雷他定片、比拜克胶囊。结论该院耳鼻喉科门诊治疗中耳炎使用药物合理。
목적：료해모삼갑의원이비후과문진진단위중이염단병충환자치료약물적사용정황，위의원개전약물이용연구공작、림상합리용약제공삼고。방법수궤추사해원이비후과2013년3～10월간진단위중이염문진처방적약물사용정황，채용배서화응용빈도분석방법진행통계분석。결과용약빈도배서전10적약물의차위리복평적안액、안저파장용연효낭、안추색편、양불사성적안액、불체잡송비분무제、강산막미송비분무제、표준도금낭유장용효낭、포지내덕비분무제、구지록뢰타정편、비배극효낭。결론해원이비후과문진치료중이염사용약물합리。
Objective To know about the drug application for the patient of tympanitis(single disease) in the ENT outpatient of a 3A hospital, to provide the reference of drug utilization research and rational drug use in the hospital. Methods The outpatient prescriptions(from March to October, 2013) of the tympanitis cases were randomly checked in the ENT outpatient of the hospital, which were taken methods as statistioal analyzing the frequency of drug usages and putting them in sequential order. Results The top 10 mostly frequently used drugs were rifampicin eye drops,eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules,ambroxol tablets,ofloxacin eye drops,fluticasone nasal spray,mometasone furoate nasal spray,myrtol standardized enteric coated soft capsules,budesonide nasal spray,desloratadine citrate disodium tablets,bibaike capsule. Conclusion The drug application is rational for curing tympanitis in the ENT outpatient in this hospital.
