目的：对丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的临床价值进行研究。方法选取2011年8月～2013年8月急性脑梗死患者172例，随机分为对照组和研究组，在给予两组患者改善血液循环药物及抗血小板药物的治疗的基础上，对照组患者采取胞二磷胆碱静脉注射治疗，研究组采取丁苯酞治疗，对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较。结果研究组中急性脑梗死患者临床治疗总有效率95.35%，明显高于对照组患者临床治疗总有效率82.56%（P＜0.05）。结论对急性脑梗死患者采取丁苯酞药物治疗能有效改善患者血液流变学及临床疗效，值得积极推广。
목적：대정분태치료급성뇌경사적림상개치진행연구。방법선취2011년8월～2013년8월급성뇌경사환자172례，수궤분위대조조화연구조，재급여량조환자개선혈액순배약물급항혈소판약물적치료적기출상，대조조환자채취포이린담감정맥주사치료，연구조채취정분태치료，대량조환자림상치료효과진행비교。결과연구조중급성뇌경사환자림상치료총유효솔95.35%，명현고우대조조환자림상치료총유효솔82.56%（P＜0.05）。결론대급성뇌경사환자채취정분태약물치료능유효개선환자혈액류변학급림상료효，치득적겁추엄。
Objective To study the clinical value of butyl phthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods From August 2011 to August 2013, 172 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and the research group, on the basis of improving blood circulation and antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of the two groups of patients, the control group patients treated with cytidine diphosphate choline intravenous, the research group patients treated with butyl phthalide, the clinical therapeutic effect in both groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the research group (95.35%) is significantly higher than that of the control group(82.56%), P<0.05. Conclusion Butyl phthalide in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the blood rheology and clinical curative effect, worth of actively promotion.
