目的:探讨没香红化结散治疗腹部术后切口皮肤硬痛症的临床效果。方法:对腹部术后切口皮肤硬痛症实施中医内外合治,即以没香红化结散外敷为主,兼以辨证分型加减内服中药。实验组300例与对照组300例进行临床治疗效果比较。结果:实验组300例疼痛消失的时间5~7天;红肿硬消失时间10~12天。治疗效果为:有效率为97%,治愈率为93.7%。结论:没香红化结散外敷治疗腹部术后切口皮肤硬痛症的临床效果显著。

목적:탐토몰향홍화결산치료복부술후절구피부경통증적림상효과。방법:대복부술후절구피부경통증실시중의내외합치,즉이몰향홍화결산외부위주,겸이변증분형가감내복중약。실험조300례여대조조300례진행림상치료효과비교。결과:실험조300례동통소실적시간5~7천;홍종경소실시간10~12천。치료효과위:유효솔위97%,치유솔위93.7%。결론:몰향홍화결산외부치료복부술후절구피부경통증적림상효과현저。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Mass-Dissolving Powder Containing Myrrh, Fennel and Safflower on treating hardness and pain symptoms on the postoperative incision on abdomen. Method:Treated hardness and pain symptoms on the postoperative incision on abdomen withinternal and external application of C hinese Materia Medica. The ext ernal app lication of the Mass-Dissolving Powder Contain ing Myrrh, Fennel and Saf flower was the principal me thod. Syndrome differentiation and or all administration of other Chinese Materia Medica was the as sistant m ethod. Obs erved and com pared the clinical cur ative effects on pa tients of the exper imental group and the control group. Each group had 300 patients. Result: In the experimental group, the disappearance of the location pain in the incision took anaverage time of 5~7 days;the disappearance of the local redness took anaverage time of 10~12 days. the effective rate was 97%,the curative rate was 93 .7%. Conclusion: It has a significant cl inical effect withhardn ess and pain symptoms on the postoperative incision on abdomen treated withmass-dissolving powder containing myrrh, fennel and safflower.
