目的：探讨电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除的疗效。方法回顾分析2002年6月～2013年6月2652例电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除患者的临床资料，并对疗效进行分析。结果2652例患者中一次性完成手术2602例，由于息肉巨大或双侧声带息肉靠近前联合，2次完成手术73例，3次完成手术12例，除4例患者手术后声带前端粘连，嗓音恢复较差外，其余患者均恢复满意的嗓音，1402例患者术前及术后3个月进行嗓音声学测试，各参数术前后差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。结论电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除视野清晰，操作准确，具有损失小，痛苦少，疗效确切，恢复快等优点，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토전자후경하성대식육적제적료효。방법회고분석2002년6월～2013년6월2652례전자후경하성대식육적제환자적림상자료，병대료효진행분석。결과2652례환자중일차성완성수술2602례，유우식육거대혹쌍측성대식육고근전연합，2차완성수술73례，3차완성수술12례，제4례환자수술후성대전단점련，상음회복교차외，기여환자균회복만의적상음，1402례환자술전급술후3개월진행상음성학측시，각삼수술전후차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.001）。결론전자후경하성대식육적제시야청석，조작준학，구유손실소，통고소，료효학절，회복쾌등우점，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of vocal cord polyp excision under electronic laryngoscope. Methods Clinical data of 2652 patients receiving vocal cord polyp excision surgery under electronic laryngoscope from June 2002 to June 2013 were analyzed retrospectively and their efficacy was analyzed. Results Of the 2652 patients,2602 patients completed the surgery once.Due to giant polyp or bilateral vocal cord polyp close to anterior commissure,73 patients completed the surgery twice,and 12 patients completed the surgery 3 times.Except that 4 patients had postoperative adhesive vocal cord front end and poor voice recovery,the other patients regained satisfactory voice.1402 patients received acoustic testing before the surgery and 3 months after the surgery,and each parameter had statistically significant difference between before and after the surgery(P < 0.001). Conclusion Vocal cord polyp excision under electronic laryngoscope has the advantages of clear view,accurate operation,small loss,little pain,accurate efficacy and fast recovery,thereby worthy of promotion and application.
