目的:观察为护理专业学生开设医院感染学课程的效果,并探讨其意义与价值。方法选取2011级护理专业学生100例作为观察组,在校期间开展医院感染学课程教育;另选取未开展医院感染学课程的2010级护理专业学生100例作为对照组,对比观察两组学生对于医院感染的认识与相关技能情况。结果观察组学生在学习医院感染学课程后,医院感染相关知识及态度评分均明显升高,且临床实习时相关医院感染预防行为评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理专业在校期间开展医院感染学课程,能够有效提高学生对于医院感染相关知识的掌握,并建立正确的认识与态度,进入临床后对于医院感染的预防行为明显增多,具有良好的教育作用与意义。

Objective To observe the effect of nosocomiology module on the students majoring in nursing, and to discuss its significance and value. Methods 100 students enrolled in 2011 were selected as an observation group, and they were required to attend the module of nosocomiology during their study; 100 students enrolled in 2010 who did not attend the module were selected as a control group. The knowledge of nosocomial infection and related skills obtained by the students in the two groups were compared and observed. Results The scores of knowledge and attitudes of nosocomial infection in the observation group significantly increased after the students learned the module, and the scores of preventive behaviour of nosocomial infection during their clinical practice were significantly higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The module of nosocomiology for nursing major helps effectively improve related knowledge of nosocomial infection for students, and establish a correct understanding and attitude on the filed. The preventive behaviour of nosocomial infection significantly increases during clinical practices, thus the module has a great value and significance of education.
