目的：探讨责任制健康教育护理模式在NICU护患沟通的作用。方法将100例新生儿患儿根据护理模式的不同分为观察组和对照组两组各50例，两组均于住院5d后比较干预效果。结果两组患儿家属、医生、护士在满意度和护理质量上有明显差异，结果具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用责任制健康教育护理模式，能提高护理服务质量，提高护理满意度，减少医疗纠纷的发生，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토책임제건강교육호리모식재NICU호환구통적작용。방법장100례신생인환인근거호리모식적불동분위관찰조화대조조량조각50례，량조균우주원5d후비교간예효과。결과량조환인가속、의생、호사재만의도화호리질량상유명현차이，결과구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론채용책임제건강교육호리모식，능제고호리복무질량，제고호리만의도，감소의료규분적발생，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the role of accountability health education nursing model in NICU nurse-patient communication. Methods One hundred neonates were divided into the observation group with 50 neonates and the control group with 50 neonates according to the nursing model.The intervention effects of both groups were compared after 5 days of hospitalization. Results Families,doctors and nurses of the two groups of neonates were significantly different in the satisfaction and nursing quality(P < 0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion The application of accountability health education nursing model can improve the nursing service quality, increase the nursing satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
