目的：探讨针灸与牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的护理方法。方法分析我院自2011年1月～2013年1月收治的122例神经根型颈椎病患者，随机分为干预组62例与常规组60例，干预组对针灸与牵引治疗患者采取针对性护理，常规组采取常规护理。比较两组的疗效及对疼痛的改善情况，探讨护理方法。结果（1）常规组与干预组痊愈率+显效率分别为98.3%（59/60），100.0%（62/62）,两组比较在统计学上具有显著性意义（x2=8.345，P＜0.05）。（2）两组疼痛评分比较治疗后在统计学上具有显著性意义（t=2.137，P＜0.05）。结论针灸与牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的患者采取有效的临床护理，能提高患者临床疗效，有效改善患者疼痛，疗效确切，值得推广。
목적：탐토침구여견인치료신경근형경추병적호리방법。방법분석아원자2011년1월～2013년1월수치적122례신경근형경추병환자，수궤분위간예조62례여상규조60례，간예조대침구여견인치료환자채취침대성호리，상규조채취상규호리。비교량조적료효급대동통적개선정황，탐토호리방법。결과（1）상규조여간예조전유솔+현효솔분별위98.3%（59/60），100.0%（62/62）,량조비교재통계학상구유현저성의의（x2=8.345，P＜0.05）。（2）량조동통평분비교치료후재통계학상구유현저성의의（t=2.137，P＜0.05）。결론침구여견인치료신경근형경추병적환자채취유효적림상호리，능제고환자림상료효，유효개선환자동통，료효학절，치득추엄。
Objective To explore the nursing method of acupuncture and traction for treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis. Methods 122 cases of nerve root cervical spondylosis patients of our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 January were analysed and randomly divided into the intervention group of 62 cases and the conventional group of 60 cases,the patients of intervention group were given targeted nursing to the patients by acupuncture and traction therapy,the patients of conventional group were given routine nursing care.The effects of two groups and the improvement of pain and the nursing methods were compared and discussed. Results (1)The cure rates and significant efficiencies of two groups were 98.3%(59/60) and 100% (62/62),There were significant in Statistics(x2=8.345,P<0.05).(2)There were significant in Statistics of two groups pain scores after treatment(t=2.137,P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing of nerve root cervical spondylosis patients by Acupuncture and traction can improve the clinical efficacy, effectively improve patients pain, has curative effect, and it is worth promoting.
