目的:探讨外周血网织血小板在接受吉西他滨联合方案化疗的恶性肿瘤中对骨髓恢复的预测作用。方法2009年1月~2013年12月中山市人民医院接受吉西他滨联合方案化疗的恶性肿瘤患者38例,检测化疗前、化疗后每3天的血小板计数及网织血小板计数。结果38例患者中,相对于骨髓抑制期,骨髓恢复期的网织血小板升高,差异有统计学意义[(8.40±3.95)×109/L vs (5.77±3.58)×109/L,t=3.04,P=0.003],而血小板差异无统计学意义[(51.34±11.20)×109/L vs (46.71±10.58)×109/L,t=1.85,P=0.068]。结论在接受吉西他滨联合顺铂化疗的实体瘤中,外周血网织血小板比血小板能更有效预测骨髓巨核细胞系的恢复变化。

목적:탐토외주혈망직혈소판재접수길서타빈연합방안화료적악성종류중대골수회복적예측작용。방법2009년1월~2013년12월중산시인민의원접수길서타빈연합방안화료적악성종류환자38례,검측화료전、화료후매3천적혈소판계수급망직혈소판계수。결과38례환자중,상대우골수억제기,골수회복기적망직혈소판승고,차이유통계학의의[(8.40±3.95)×109/L vs (5.77±3.58)×109/L,t=3.04,P=0.003],이혈소판차이무통계학의의[(51.34±11.20)×109/L vs (46.71±10.58)×109/L,t=1.85,P=0.068]。결론재접수길서타빈연합순박화료적실체류중,외주혈망직혈소판비혈소판능경유효예측골수거핵세포계적회복변화。
Objective To explore the predictive role of reticulated platelet on bone marrow recovery in cancer patients receiving gemcitabine-based regimen.MethodsFrom January 2009 to December 2013, a total of 38 cancer patients receiving gemcitabine-based chemotherapy were collected at zhongshan city people's hospital. reticulated platelet and platelet count from pre-chemotherapy to every 3 days post-chemotherapy were tested.Results For a total of 36 patients, compared to chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia (CIT) without imminent recovery, CIT with imminent recovery had statistically significant higher reticulated platelet count[(8.40±3.95)×109/L vs (5.77±3.58)×109/L,t=3.04,P= 0.003] and was not statistically significant higher platelet count[(51.34±11.20) ×109/L vs (46.71±10.58) ×109/L,t=1.85,P=0.068].ConclusionFor cancer patients receiving gemcitabine combined with cisplatin, peripheral blood reticulated platelets may be more effective than platelet in predicting bone marrow megakaryocytes recovery.
