目的:探讨评判性思维在年轻护士带教中的应用效果。方法选取我院骨科的62名年轻护士随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31名。观察组的年轻护士采用评判性思维进行教学,对照组的护士采用传统方法进行教学,两组的年轻护士接受的教学时间相同。比较观察组和对照组的年轻护士的综合成绩和评判性思维能力。结果观察组的综合成绩和评判性思维的评分分别为(94.32±1.34)、(315.66±31.74)均优于对照组的(83.21±1.67)、(267.37±30.95),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在年轻护士的带教中采用评判性思维能够提高护士的综合成绩,并且能够培养其评判性思维。

Objective To explore the application effect of critical thinking in young nurses teaching.Methods In orthopedic department of my hospital 62 young nurses were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 31 cases in each group. The observation group were given critical thinking teaching nurses, yet the control group were given traditional methods of teaching, and two groups of young nurses accepted the same teaching time. Comprehensive performance analysis and critical thinking ability were compared in the observation group and control group. ResultsAfter analysis and comparison available, comprehensive performance and critical thinking core in the observation group were (94.32±1.34), (315.66±31.74), which were better than (83.21±1.67), (267.37±30.95) of the control group, and the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionCritical thinking teaching in the younger nurses can improve the overall performance of nurses, and to develop the ability of their critical thinking.
