目的：探讨品管圈在预防中心静脉导管相关性血流感染中的应用价值。方法选择349例患者，观察组进行品管圈活动，对照组实施常规护理，比较两组感染发生率及发生时间，考核护士理论知识及操作能力。结果观察组感染发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），发生时间选择慢于对照组（P＜0.05），护士理论知识及操作能力优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论针对中心静脉相关性血流感染实施品管圈，能有效减少感染发生率，延缓感染发生时间。
목적：탐토품관권재예방중심정맥도관상관성혈류감염중적응용개치。방법선택349례환자，관찰조진행품관권활동，대조조실시상규호리，비교량조감염발생솔급발생시간，고핵호사이론지식급조작능력。결과관찰조감염발생솔저우대조조（P＜0.05），발생시간선택만우대조조（P＜0.05），호사이론지식급조작능력우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론침대중심정맥상관성혈류감염실시품관권，능유효감소감염발생솔，연완감염발생시간。
Objective To investigate the value of QCC in the prevention of central venous catheter-related bloodstream infections.Methods 349 cases were choosed,the observation group were used QCC and the control group were implementated the routine care,then Infection incidence and time of occurrenc,and theoretical knowledge and operational capabilities were compare.Results The observation group with bloodstream infection rate was lower than control group (P<0.05),time of occurrence was slower than control group(P<0.05),theoretical knowledge and operational capacity were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).ConclusionQCC application in the prevention of central venous catheter-related bloodstream infections can effectively reduce the incidence.
