目的：观察雾化吸入痰热清注射液联合胸腺五肽治疗上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法将2013年1～12月份在本院耳鼻喉科门诊就诊的急性上呼吸道感染患者120例随机分为两组，在常规的治疗基础上，对照组给予痰热清注射液雾化吸入，治疗组给予痰热清注射液雾化吸入同时肌注胸腺五肽，连续治疗3～5d，观察比较其疗效。结果治疗组声音嘶哑、咽痒、咽灼痛、咳嗽消失时间均较对照组短，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；两组疗效比较总有效率治疗组为98.3％，对照组为86.7％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论雾化吸入痰热清注射液联合胸腺五肽治疗上呼吸道感染，疗程短，疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰무화흡입담열청주사액연합흉선오태치료상호흡도감염적료효。방법장2013년1～12월빈재본원이비후과문진취진적급성상호흡도감염환자120례수궤분위량조，재상규적치료기출상，대조조급여담열청주사액무화흡입，치료조급여담열청주사액무화흡입동시기주흉선오태，련속치료3～5d，관찰비교기료효。결과치료조성음시아、인양、인작통、해수소실시간균교대조조단，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.01）；량조료효비교총유효솔치료조위98.3％，대조조위86.7％，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론무화흡입담열청주사액연합흉선오태치료상호흡도감염，료정단，료효명현，치득림상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of combine therapy of atomizing inhalation of tanreqing injection and Thymopentin-5 on upper respiratory infection. Methods 120 cases of upper respiratory infection in ENT department on 2013 were randomly divided into 2 groups. Base on the routine treatment, giving the control group treated with atomizing inhalation of tanreqing injection, and giving the treatment group plus atomizing inhalation of tanreqing injection combined with thymopentin-5. Observed the effects of continuous therapy of 3 to 5 days.Results In the treatment group, the symptoms of hoarseness, itch throat, sore throat and cough were reduced in shorter time, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The total response in treatment group was 98.3%, and the control group was 86.7%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Combine therapy of atomizing inhalation of tanreqing injection and thymopentin-5 on upper respiratory infection has shorter course and better curative effects, and it is well worth on clinical application.
