目的:评价2D longTR FLAIR序列对脑白质高信号病灶显示的价值。方法:对17例脑白质高信号患者行颅脑MRI常规T1 W、T2 W、2D FLAIR序列和2D longTR FLAIR序列检查,图像由2名有经验的放射科医师评价,对比分析常规 FLAIR序列和2D longTR FLAIR序列对脑白质高信号显示的差异。结果:在17例患者的检查结果中,2D longTR FLAIR序列显示96个病灶,常规 FLAIR序列显示73个病灶,且两种序列病灶的对比率有显著差异,2D longTR FLAIR序列对病灶显示能力优于常规 FLAIR序列。结论:2D longTR FLAIR序列具有对脑白质高信号病灶敏感、搏动伪影较少的优点,可以作为常规序列在临床中使用。

Objective:To study the value of the 2D longTR fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequence in the dem‐onstration of white matter hyperintensities on 1 .5T PHILIPS MR scanner .Methods:17 patients(10 males and 7 females) with white matter hyperintensities were enrolled in this study .Conventional T1 W ,T2 W ,2D FLAIR ,2D longTR FLAIR were per‐formed .The images were reviewed by two experienced radiologists .The ability of displaying lesions were compared between conventional FLAIR and 2D longTR FLAIR sequences .Results:Among the 17 patients ,96 lesions were displayed on 2D longTR FLAIR ,and 73 lesions were displayed on conventional FLAIR .The signal ratios of lesion had significant difference in two sequences . The ability of lesions displayed with 2D longTR FLAIR were superior than on those with conventional FLAIR .Conclusion:2D longTR FLAIR is more sensitive in detecting white matter hyperintensities ,and less artifacts than con‐ventional FLAIR ,it can be used as conventional sequence .
