本研究主要针对不同碱度与氟含量的 CaO-CaF2-SiO2保护渣系凝固收缩情况以及与结晶性能;根据生产实践和实验数据分析研究保护渣的组分及结晶性能对凝固收缩性能的影响。实验结果表明:在保护渣的玻璃体向结晶体的转化过程中,出现了体积膨胀现象,组分含量不同,体积变化率也不不同;保护渣的结晶性能与凝固收缩情况密切相关;冷却速度不同获得的同一凝固相的密度不同。

In this paper, the study focused on the solidification contraction and crystallinity of CaO-CaF2-SiO2 mold fluxes in dif-ferent basicity and fluoride content;according to the experimental data, analyzed the impact of mold fluxes composition and crystallinity to solidification contraction. The results were as follows: In the solidifying process, the systems of the mold fluxes are volume increase, the mold fluxes which have different components have the different volume change rate;There are intimate relationship between the crystallinity and volume change rate of the mold fluxes;the mold fluxes which are cooled in different cooling rate have different volume change rate.
