随着大庆居民可用理财资金的不断增加，理财品种的多样化使更多的居民投入到理财市场中。针对大庆居民理财中存在的居民理财意识有待提高、居民理财渠道单一、理财人员业务素质不高、行业监管标准不统一等问题，应提高居民的理财观念，优化居民理财结构，提高从业人员的业务素质，创造良好的法制条件，实行理财产品差异化服务，以提升大庆居民的理财效率。
