设计了一种可自动识别信用卡申请件中申请人信息的影像化处理系统，并针对此技术专门设计了信用卡申请件。该系统采用面向对象的程序语言 C#进行编程，选择SQL server 2008作为数据库平台进行数据存储。在实现信用卡申请件的人工录入、校对、存储、查询等功能之外，添加了自动识别功能，以达到快速、高效地处理申请件的目的，实现了办公自动化。

This paper designed an image processing system which can automatically identify the information of credit card ap-plications . A new credit card application is designed to realize the technique . The system uses C# as the main object-oriented pro-gramming language , and SQL server 2008 as the database platform . It can not only realize the function of manual entry , proofread-ing , storing and inquiry , but also add automatic identification in order to process applications more quickly and efficiently .
