由于输入电流波形畸变,开关电源的输入电流中含有大量谐波成份,不仅功率因数低,而且会对电网造成污染。针对传统开关电源的不足,设计了一种基于单片机和FPGA控制的半智能型功率因数可调开关电源系统。所设计的功率因数校正电路中采用的同步整流技术解决了输入电压交越失真问题,实现了输入电压的无缝整流。此外,程控系统能对电路参数进行实时监测和显示,藉此实现了对电路功率因数的设定和电路的过流保护。测试结果表明,该开关电源系统的功率因数可调,效率在96%以上,稳定度较高。

The large amount of harmonics included in input current of switching power supply because of the input current wave distortion, possesses a low power factor and will pollute the power grid. An SCM and FPGA control based semi-inteligent adjustable power factor switch power supply system has been proposed aiming at the deficiency of the conventional switch power supply. The synchronous rectifying technique has been adopted in the proposed PFC circuit, so as to solve the crossover distortion of the input voltage and realize the seamless rectifying of the input voltage. In addition, the program control system will be able to monitor and display the circuit parameters in real time, so as to set the power factor of the circuit and realize the over-current protection function. The testing results show that the power factor of the efficiency of the switch power supply system is over 96%, and it has a high stability.
