为了检验SF6气体泄漏成像仪的灵敏度,借鉴氦质谱定量检漏仪的检验方法,研制了一套不同漏率的正压漏孔以及可以对漏孔集中供气的供气系统,同时试制了漏孔标定系统用来对标准漏孔的漏率进行标定,并对影响漏孔漏率的因素(温度、压力)进行了试验研究,最后对SF6气体泄漏成像仪(彼岸)进行了初步检测验证。
為瞭檢驗SF6氣體洩漏成像儀的靈敏度,藉鑒氦質譜定量檢漏儀的檢驗方法,研製瞭一套不同漏率的正壓漏孔以及可以對漏孔集中供氣的供氣繫統,同時試製瞭漏孔標定繫統用來對標準漏孔的漏率進行標定,併對影響漏孔漏率的因素(溫度、壓力)進行瞭試驗研究,最後對SF6氣體洩漏成像儀(彼岸)進行瞭初步檢測驗證。

In order to check the sensitivity of the SF 6 gas leakage imager, this paper used the test method of helium mass spectrometry leak detector for reference, and developed a set of pressure leaks with different leakage rates and a gas supply system for the pressure leaks. Besides, a leak calibration system was trial-produced to calibrate the leakage rate of the standard leak, and experimental research was also conducted on the influencing factors (temperature, pressure) on the leakage rate of the leak. Finally, a preliminary verification was conducted on the SF 6 gas leakage imager(FLIR).
