研究了在峰值电流控制反激式变换器中引入的斜坡补偿电流对其工作状态域的动力学作用机理。基于安匝和,建立了峰值电流控制反激式变换器的离散迭代映射模型,分析了补偿电流斜率变化时的动力学行为,导出了轨道状态转移时的两条分界线方程,并由此划分了峰值电流控制反激式变换器的三种工作状态域。PSIM电路仿真验证了分析结果,说明了斜坡补偿电流不仅可以消除峰值电流控制反激式变换器中的次谐波振荡现象,也可以使其工作模式从DCM转移至CCM。

The dynamical effect mechanism of the introduced ramp compensation current on the operation-state region in peak-current controlled flyback converter has been studied in this paper. The discrete iterative map model of peak-current controlled flyback converter has been established based on the total ampere-turns, the dynamics behavior of the compensation current slope variation has been analyzed, and two borderline equations of the orbit states shifting are derived, based on which three operation-state regions of peak-current controlled flyback converter are divided. The analysis results are verified by PSIM circuit simulations, which illustrate that the ramp compensation current can not only eliminate the sub-harmonic oscillation phenomena in peak-current controlled flyback converter, but make the operation modes shift from DCM to CCM.
