目的：探讨关节腔内注射舒血宁治疗骨性关节炎的疗效及对关节液中细胞因子的影响。方法将120例骨关节炎患者按照数字表法分为两组，每组60例。观察组给予舒血宁关节腔内注射治疗，对照组予以透明质酸钠，比较两组疗效及关节液中白细胞介素1β（ IL-1β）和肿瘤坏死因子α（ TNF-α）的水平。结果治疗后，观察组评分明显低于对照组（t＝16．282，P＜0．05）。观察组总有效率为95．0％，明显高于对照组的81．7％（χ2＝5．175，P＜0．05）。治疗后IL-1β和TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组（t＝4．95、6．656，均P＜0．05）。结论舒血宁注射液不仅能缓解症状，提高疗效，还能降低关节液中IL-1β和TNF-α的水平。
목적：탐토관절강내주사서혈저치료골성관절염적료효급대관절액중세포인자적영향。방법장120례골관절염환자안조수자표법분위량조，매조60례。관찰조급여서혈저관절강내주사치료，대조조여이투명질산납，비교량조료효급관절액중백세포개소1β（ IL-1β）화종류배사인자α（ TNF-α）적수평。결과치료후，관찰조평분명현저우대조조（t＝16．282，P＜0．05）。관찰조총유효솔위95．0％，명현고우대조조적81．7％（χ2＝5．175，P＜0．05）。치료후IL-1β화TNF-α수평균명현저우대조조（t＝4．95、6．656，균P＜0．05）。결론서혈저주사액불부능완해증상，제고료효，환능강저관절액중IL-1β화TNF-α적수평。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuening intra-articular injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis and its infullence on cytokines in synovial fluid .Methods According to the digital table ,120 patients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups ,60 cases in each group.The observation group received Shuxuening injection in articular cavity treatment ,and the control group was given sodium hyaluronate .The efficacy and levels of interleukin-1(IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) in synovial fluid were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=16.282,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was signifi-cantly higher than 81.7%of the control group(χ2 =5.175,P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-1βand TNF-αlevels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (t =4.95,6.656,all P<0.05). Conclusion Shuxuening intra-articular injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis can not only alleviate the symp-toms,improve the curative effect ,but also can reduce the IL-1 βand TNF-αlevels in synovial fluid .
