目的：探讨银消丸治疗银屑病的临床效果。方法43例银屑病患者,26例服用成纯中药制剂银消丸(实验组),17例服用银迪片(对照组)。结果临床总有效率86.5%,观察组明显优于对照组76.5%,差异有统计学意义。结论银消丸治疗银屑病组方合理,工艺可行,临床疗效满意。

목적：탐토은소환치료은설병적림상효과。방법43례은설병환자,26례복용성순중약제제은소환(실험조),17례복용은적편(대조조)。결과림상총유효솔86.5%,관찰조명현우우대조조76.5%,차이유통계학의의。결론은소환치료은설병조방합리,공예가행,림상료효만의。
Objective To compare clinical application of Yin Xiao Wan. Methods Divided 43 cases of psoriasis into experimental group(n=26) and control group(n=17), experiment group was treated with Yin Xiao Wan, control group was treated with Di Yin Pian, clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results Effective rate in experiment group(88.5%)was obviously better than control group(75.6%), differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Yin Xiao Wan in the treatment of psoriasis with reasonable prescription, feasible process and approving clinical effect, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
