目的:探讨造血干细胞移植(HSCT )治疗恶性血液病的疗效和并发症。方法:对13例恶性血液病患者施行造血干细胞移植(HSCT),其中自体HSCT(auto-HSCT)9例,异基因HSCT(allo-HSCT)4例。结果:所有患者均成功造血重建。auto-HSCT和allo-HSCT后中性粒细胞恢复≥0.5×109/L ,中位时间为16(9~29)d ,PLT 恢复≥20×109/L ,中位时间为62(12~298)d;发生急性、慢性移植物抗宿主病分别为4、3例;auto-HSCT 复发2例,死亡1例,allo-HSCT死亡1例。结论:HSCT可以延长生存期,提高生活质量,是治疗恶性血液病的有效方法。
目的:探討造血榦細胞移植(HSCT )治療噁性血液病的療效和併髮癥。方法:對13例噁性血液病患者施行造血榦細胞移植(HSCT),其中自體HSCT(auto-HSCT)9例,異基因HSCT(allo-HSCT)4例。結果:所有患者均成功造血重建。auto-HSCT和allo-HSCT後中性粒細胞恢複≥0.5×109/L ,中位時間為16(9~29)d ,PLT 恢複≥20×109/L ,中位時間為62(12~298)d;髮生急性、慢性移植物抗宿主病分彆為4、3例;auto-HSCT 複髮2例,死亡1例,allo-HSCT死亡1例。結論:HSCT可以延長生存期,提高生活質量,是治療噁性血液病的有效方法。
목적:탐토조혈간세포이식(HSCT )치료악성혈액병적료효화병발증。방법:대13례악성혈액병환자시행조혈간세포이식(HSCT),기중자체HSCT(auto-HSCT)9례,이기인HSCT(allo-HSCT)4례。결과:소유환자균성공조혈중건。auto-HSCT화allo-HSCT후중성립세포회복≥0.5×109/L ,중위시간위16(9~29)d ,PLT 회복≥20×109/L ,중위시간위62(12~298)d;발생급성、만성이식물항숙주병분별위4、3례;auto-HSCT 복발2례,사망1례,allo-HSCT사망1례。결론:HSCT가이연장생존기,제고생활질량,시치료악성혈액병적유효방법。
Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy and complication of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in 13 patients with malignant hematological disease .Methods :Thirteen patients with malignant hematological disease received HSCT ,including 9 cases of auto-HSCT ,4 cases of allo-HSCT .Results:All the patients had rapid he-mopoietic reconstitution .After auto-HSCT and allo-HSCT ,the time when the absolute neutrophil counts (ANC) were more than 0 .5 × 109/L were 9 and 29 days separately ,times of platelet count more than 20 × 109/L were 12 and 298 days separately ;acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) was observed in 4 and 3 cases separately ;2 cases relapsed and 1 case died in auto-HSCT group;1 case died in allo-HSCT group .Conclusion:HSCT has a good efficacy in the treatment of malignant hematological disease .It is suggested that the patients can get a obvious survival benefit from HSCT .
