目的：研究狼疮脑病(CNS-SLE)的误诊原因及提出相应的解决办法。方法分析CNS-SLE误诊22例临床资料。结果 CNS-SLE临床表现复杂多样，影像学检查缺乏特异性，易误诊漏诊。结论①熟练掌握CNS-SLE的临床特点，仔细问诊及查体是避免误诊的关键。②对发热伴神经系统受损的青年女性，常规行系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)相关检查可减少误诊。
목적：연구랑창뇌병(CNS-SLE)적오진원인급제출상응적해결판법。방법분석CNS-SLE오진22례림상자료。결과 CNS-SLE림상표현복잡다양，영상학검사결핍특이성，역오진루진。결론①숙련장악CNS-SLE적림상특점，자세문진급사체시피면오진적관건。②대발열반신경계통수손적청년녀성，상규행계통성홍반랑창(SLE)상관검사가감소오진。
Objective To found the reason of misdiagnosis of lupus encephalopathy and Put forward the corresponding solution. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 22 cases of CNS-SLE who were misdiagnosed. Results The CNS-SLE were easily to be misdiagnosed and underdiagnosed which were characterized as complex clinical manifestation but lack of specific imaging examination. Conclusion ① Grasped clinical characteristics of the CNS-SLE, carefully inquiry and physical examination were the key of avoiding misdiagnosis.②Routine relevant inspection of SLE is helpful to reduce misdiagnosis to youth female who has fever, impaired nervous system.
