目的:观察苍耳子散加味治疗前后,放射性鼻窦炎患者鼻黏膜纤毛传输功能的变化。方法30例使用苍耳子散加味治疗的放射性鼻窦炎门诊患者(实验组),分别于治疗前、治疗后、治疗后3个月进行糖精试验,并与43例健康对照组进行比较。结果实验组使用苍耳子散加味治疗前鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率(MTR)小于健康对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),使用加味苍耳子散治疗后MTR与治疗前MTR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),使用苍耳子散加味治疗后3个月MTR与治疗前、治疗后MTR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而与健康对照组MTR比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放射性鼻窦炎的鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率明显下降,运用苍耳子散加味能有效的恢复鼻黏膜纤毛传输功能。

목적:관찰창이자산가미치료전후,방사성비두염환자비점막섬모전수공능적변화。방법30례사용창이자산가미치료적방사성비두염문진환자(실험조),분별우치료전、치료후、치료후3개월진행당정시험,병여43례건강대조조진행비교。결과실험조사용창이자산가미치료전비점막섬모전수속솔(MTR)소우건강대조조,비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),사용가미창이자산치료후MTR여치료전MTR비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),사용창이자산가미치료후3개월MTR여치료전、치료후MTR비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),이여건강대조조MTR비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론방사성비두염적비점막섬모전수속솔명현하강,운용창이자산가미능유효적회복비점막섬모전수공능。
Objective To investigate changes of nasal mucociliary transport function pre-therapy and post-therapy in radiation nasosinusitis patients treated with supplemented xanthium powder. Methods Saccharin test was taken for radiation nasosinusitis patients in experimental group(n=30) before, after and 3 months after treatment with supplemented xanthium powder. Clinical effect was compared with control group(n=43). Results The average mucociliary transport rate(MTR) in patients with radiation nasosinusitis before treatment with supplemented xanthium powder was significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.01). The average of MTR in patients with radiation nasosinusitis after treatment with supplemented xanthium powder was statistically significance compared with the patients before treatment(P<0.01). The average of MTR in patients with radiation nasosinusitis 3 months after treatment with supplemented xanthium powder was statistically significance compared with the patients with radiation nasosinusitis before and after treatment(P<0.01). While there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The MTR of radiation nasosinusitis declined obviously, supplemented xanthium powder can can effectively restore mucociliary transport function.
