目的:探究开展个体化健康教育对于门诊高血压患者的治疗效果,确定个体化健康教育存在的意义。方法选择2011年6月以来到惠州市第一人民医院门诊并明确诊断为原发性高血压的258例患者为研究对象(除外继发性高血压病),依据患者的意愿及参与情况分为两组:第1组(个体化健康教育护理组)130例,根据每位患者的不同特点制定有针对性的个体化健康教育,开通电话咨询热线,定期随访评估情况;第2组(对照组)128例患者,接受药物治疗和指导,按时随诊,不参与小组活动。以上两组每例观察1.5~2年。结果第1组与第2组知识的知晓率、治疗率、控制率、治疗依从性及行为治疗差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用个体化的健康教育方法,可以提高患者的知识知晓率、治疗率、治疗依从性,自觉的采取行为治疗,从而的提高血压控制率。投入成本不高,成效大。

Objective To explore the effect of individual health education for patients with hypertension , determine the meaning of the existence of individual health education .Methods Essential hypertension patients ( n=258) which were dignosed in Huizhou first people's hospital since June 2011were selected as the research object ( except for secondary hypertension ) , according to the wishes of patients and participation they were divided into 2 groups:group 1 includ (individual health education nursing group ) 130 cases, a health education target for individuals was made according to different characteristics of each patient , opened a telephone hotline , regularly followed-up and made assessment .Group 2 ( control group ) had 128 cases, received medication and guidance, timely followed-up, but do not participate in group activities .The above two groups were observed for 1.5 to 2 years.Results The differences of awareness rate , treatment rate, control rate, treatment compliance and behavior treatment between the two groups were statistically significant ( P <0.01).Conclusions The method of individual health education can improve knowledge awareness rate , treatment rate and treatment compliance of the patients , make them take the behavior therapy consciously , thus improve the rate of blood pressure control .The cost is not high , and the effectiveness is large .
