目的:探讨治疗室医疗垃圾贮存柜在治疗室医疗垃圾分类及规范管理中的应用效果。方法选择2013年5-6月,观察记录每日上午8时至12时治疗室垃圾投放情况,实验组使用医疗垃圾贮存柜分类收集治疗室垃圾,对照组使用脚踏式有盖垃圾桶、利器盒分类收集治疗室垃圾,比较两组医疗垃圾贮存暴露率、医疗垃圾分类和投放准确率。结果实验组医疗垃圾贮存暴露率显著低于对照组,医疗垃圾分类和投放准确率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用医疗垃圾贮存柜分类收集治疗室垃圾,能有效进行医疗垃圾分类及规范管理,减少治疗室空气污染,保持治疗室整洁,减轻卫生员工作量。

목적:탐토치료실의료랄급저존거재치료실의료랄급분류급규범관리중적응용효과。방법선택2013년5-6월,관찰기록매일상오8시지12시치료실랄급투방정황,실험조사용의료랄급저존거분류수집치료실랄급,대조조사용각답식유개랄급통、이기합분류수집치료실랄급,비교량조의료랄급저존폭로솔、의료랄급분류화투방준학솔。결과실험조의료랄급저존폭로솔현저저우대조조,의료랄급분류화투방준학솔현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론사용의료랄급저존거분류수집치료실랄급,능유효진행의료랄급분류급규범관리,감소치료실공기오염,보지치료실정길,감경위생원공작량。
Objective To discuss the application effects of medical waste storage cabinet in standardization management and sorting of medical waste in the treatment room .Methods Observed and record the sorting situation of medical waste in therapy room during May 2013 to June 2013, the observation and record were done daily from 8Am to 12AM.The experimental group taken medical waste storage tank to classify garbage , however , the control group used pedal covered garbage bins and tool box to sorting garbage .Compared the medical waste storage exposure rate and accuracy rate of classification and delivery of the two groups .Results The medical waste storage exposure rate of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group , and the accuracy rate of classification and delivery were significantly higher than control group ( P <0.05 ). Conclusions The application of medical waste classify storage tank can effectively manage the medical waste classification and specification , reduce air pollution in treatment room , maintain a clean and tidy environment , reduce workload of cleaner .
