目的：探讨气门芯双重结扎脐带的临床应用效果。方法选择2012年1-12月期间在我院剖宫产出生、符合研究条件的新生儿600例，将其随机分为实验组与对照组，实验组采用气门芯双重结扎法结扎脐带，对照组采用传统棉线结扎法结扎脐带，观察并比较两组新生儿脐带脱落时间及脐带残端有无出血、渗液、脐部红肿等情况。结果实验组新生儿脐带脱落时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两组新生儿脐带残端出血、渗液、脐部红肿等情况比较，实验组明显少于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论气门芯双重结扎脐带可以缩短脐带脱落的时间，减少脐部感染等并发症的发生，且方便、经济、实用，值得在基层医院推广应用。
목적：탐토기문심쌍중결찰제대적림상응용효과。방법선택2012년1-12월기간재아원부궁산출생、부합연구조건적신생인600례，장기수궤분위실험조여대조조，실험조채용기문심쌍중결찰법결찰제대，대조조채용전통면선결찰법결찰제대，관찰병비교량조신생인제대탈락시간급제대잔단유무출혈、삼액、제부홍종등정황。결과실험조신생인제대탈락시간명현단우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；량조신생인제대잔단출혈、삼액、제부홍종등정황비교，실험조명현소우관찰조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론기문심쌍중결찰제대가이축단제대탈락적시간，감소제부감염등병발증적발생，차방편、경제、실용，치득재기층의원추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of double ligate umbilical cord with valve inside.Methods A total of 600 cesarean newborns , those who birth in our hospital during January 2012 and December 2012 and accord with research conditions , were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the experimental group , the umbilical cords of newborns were double ligated with valve insides .In the control group, the ligature of umbilical cords were conducted with cotton thread .Umbilical cord exfoliating , stump bleeding, oozing, swelling of two groups were observed and compared .The advantages and disadvantages of both methods were assessed .Results Outcomes in the experimental group were significantly precede those in the control group in the respects of umbilical cord exfoliating , stump bleeding, oozing and swelling (P<0.05). Conclusions Double ligate of umbilical cord with valve inside can shorten the exfoliation time , decrease neonatal umbilical infections and complications , which could be extensive and applied in primary hospital for its convenient , economical and practical .
