目的：探讨低温等离子手术系统经鼻内镜引导下治疗鼻出血的治疗方法和疗效。方法对45例鼻出血患者行鼻内镜检查，明确出血部位后，经鼻内镜引导下行低温等离子手术系统凝固止血。结果所有患者止血后出血立即停止，1～2周后鼻内镜检查鼻腔，鼻腔黏膜色泽及形态基本恢复正常，未发生再次出血。结论低温等离子手术系统经鼻内镜引导下治疗鼻出血，手术视野清楚、损伤小、疗效确切且患者痛苦小，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토저온등리자수술계통경비내경인도하치료비출혈적치료방법화료효。방법대45례비출혈환자행비내경검사，명학출혈부위후，경비내경인도하행저온등리자수술계통응고지혈。결과소유환자지혈후출혈립즉정지，1～2주후비내경검사비강，비강점막색택급형태기본회복정상，미발생재차출혈。결론저온등리자수술계통경비내경인도하치료비출혈，수술시야청초、손상소、료효학절차환자통고소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the methods and efficacy of the low -temperature plasma surgery system in the treatment of epistaxis under endoscopic guidance .Methods Totally 45 cases of epistaxis were diagnosed by nasal endoscopy .After the location of the bleeding lesion , low-temperature plasma surgery system was used to solidify nasal bleeding .Results All the bleeding were solidified , and 1-2 weeks later , the color and shape of the nasal mucosa returned to normal and the bleeding did not occur again .Conclusions Nasal endoscopy guided low -temperature plasma surgery system in the treatment of hidden epistaxis has the advantages as clear vision, little damage, exact effect and little pain .Worth of clinical applications .
