目的：观察皮敏消胶囊联合糠酸莫米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法123例寻常型银屑病患者分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组各41例，治疗组患者口服皮敏消胶囊，每天3次，每次4片，外用糠酸莫米松软膏，每天2次，每次1遍，连续治疗8周；对照1组患者口服复方氨肽素片，每天3次，每次5片，外用糠酸莫米松软膏，每天2次，每次1遍，连续治疗8周；对照2组患者外用糠酸莫米松软膏，每天2次，每次1遍，连续治疗8周。结果治疗组患者治疗后有效率为80．49％；对照1组患者治疗后有效率为78．05％；对照2组患者治疗后总有效率为63．41％。治疗组、对照1组与对照2组疗效比较差异均有统计学意义（Z＝-2．359，P＝0．018；Z＝-2．102，P＝0．036）；治疗组与对照1组疗效比较差异无统计学意义（Z＝-0．271，P＝0．787）。三组患者均无明显不良反应。结论皮敏消胶囊联合糠酸莫米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病是安全的、有效的。

목적：관찰피민소효낭연합강산막미송연고치료심상형은설병적림상료효화안전성。방법123례심상형은설병환자분위치료조、대조1조화대조2조각41례，치료조환자구복피민소효낭，매천3차，매차4편，외용강산막미송연고，매천2차，매차1편，련속치료8주；대조1조환자구복복방안태소편，매천3차，매차5편，외용강산막미송연고，매천2차，매차1편，련속치료8주；대조2조환자외용강산막미송연고，매천2차，매차1편，련속치료8주。결과치료조환자치료후유효솔위80．49％；대조1조환자치료후유효솔위78．05％；대조2조환자치료후총유효솔위63．41％。치료조、대조1조여대조2조료효비교차이균유통계학의의（Z＝-2．359，P＝0．018；Z＝-2．102，P＝0．036）；치료조여대조1조료효비교차이무통계학의의（Z＝-0．271，P＝0．787）。삼조환자균무명현불량반응。결론피민소효낭연합강산막미송연고치료심상형은설병시안전적、유효적。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Pi Min Xiao capsule combine with mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris .Methods One hundred and twenty -three cases with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into treatment group , control group 1 and control group 2 randomly .Forty-one patients in the treatment group were treated with 4 pills of Pi Min Xiao capsules three times orally every day and topical treated with mometasone furoate cream twice every day for 8 weeks.Forty-one patients in the control group 1 were treated with 5 tablets of compound amino -polypeptide three times orally every day and topical treated with mometasone furoate cream twice every day for 8 weeks.Forty-one patients in the control group 2 were topical treated with mometasone furoate cream twice every day for 8 weeks.Results The effective rate were 80.49%, 78.05% and 63.41% in the treatment group, control group1 and control group2, respectively.The effective rate of treatment group and control group 1 were statistically significant higher than that of control group 2 (Z=-2.359,P=0.018;Z=-2.102, P=0.036).The difference of effective rate between treatment group and control group 1 was not statistically significant (Z= -0.271,P=0.787).No marked side effects were observed in the 3 groups.Conclusions Our results indicate that Pi Min Xiao capsule combine with mometasone furoate cream are effective and safe in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris .
