模糊集FScom在传统模糊集的基础上提出了三种否定关系:矛盾否定关系、对立否定关系以及中介否定关系,对处理模糊知识信息更具有实用性。以模糊集FScom及其λ-中介否定集为理论基础,给出了一种基于FScom模糊综合评判方法的灾害等级评判体系,将此体系应用到台风灾害等级评判中。
模糊集FScom在傳統模糊集的基礎上提齣瞭三種否定關繫:矛盾否定關繫、對立否定關繫以及中介否定關繫,對處理模糊知識信息更具有實用性。以模糊集FScom及其λ-中介否定集為理論基礎,給齣瞭一種基于FScom模糊綜閤評判方法的災害等級評判體繫,將此體繫應用到檯風災害等級評判中。

Fuzzy set FScom proposes three kinds of negative relations on the basis of the traditional fuzzy set. They are contradictory negative relation, opposite negative relation and medium negative relation which are more practical in dealing with the fuzzy information. This paper provides a system of disaster grade evaluation on the basis of the fuzzy set FScom and λ- medium negation set, and applies the system to typhoon disaster grade evaluation.
