采用热分析和流变分析技术,系统地分析了耐烧蚀混合树脂体系---聚硅氮烷与烯丙基酚醛(PSN/AP)树脂体系的固化特性与化学流变特性. DSC 分析表明,该树脂体系的两组分间存在固化反应的同步性,表现为单一固化放热峰,外推起始和终止反应温度分别为168和338℃.该混合树脂体系的化学流变特性无法用单一模型来描述,分析表明,当温度低于和高于起始反应温度时,可分别采用工程模型方程和阿累尼乌斯关系方程拟合.模型拟合数据与实测数据具有较好的一致性,针对 VARTM 成型技术,最适宜的注射温度在125℃左右.

The curing and rheological behaviors of the ablative resin-the PSN/AP resin blends were studied through thermal and rheological analysis techniques.The DSC analysis indicated that the synchronization reac-tion existed between the two components in the resin system confirmed by a single exothermic peak in the cu-ring curves;and the starting and final curing temperature were 1 68 and 338 ℃ determined through the extrapo-lation method,respectively.The chemical rheological behaviors of the resin blends couldn’t be described by a single viscosity model:the engineering and the Arrhenius viscosity equation were established separately when the temperature was below or higher than the starting curing temperature.The model values were in good agreement with the experimental results and the optimal injection temperature was at about 125 ℃.
