目的:探讨胆结石手术患者应用临床护理路径进行健康教育的效果。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,将108例患者分为观察者和对照组,每组54例。观察组按照临床护理路径对患者进行健康教育,对照组实施常规整体护理,并对两组患者对疾病知识、健康教育内容的达标率及对护理工作的满意度进行比较。结果:观察组的疾病知识、健康教育达标率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:临床护理路径应用在胆结石手术患者的健康教育中,进一步规范了医疗及护理工作,满足了患者对疾病及健康知识的渴求,加强了护患之间的交流,改善了护患的关系,提高了患者的护理满意度。

목적:탐토담결석수술환자응용림상호리로경진행건강교육적효과。방법:채용수궤추양적방법,장108례환자분위관찰자화대조조,매조54례。관찰조안조림상호리로경대환자진행건강교육,대조조실시상규정체호리,병대량조환자대질병지식、건강교육내용적체표솔급대호리공작적만의도진행비교。결과:관찰조적질병지식、건강교육체표솔현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),관찰조호리만의도현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:림상호리로경응용재담결석수술환자적건강교육중,진일보규범료의료급호리공작,만족료환자대질병급건강지식적갈구,가강료호환지간적교류,개선료호환적관계,제고료환자적호리만의도。
Objective:To investigate the effect of gallstone surgery patients with clinical nursing path in health education.Method:108 cases were divided into observer group and control group by a random sampling method,each group had 54 cases.Observer group was given health education according to clinical care path,control group was given routine overall care,the disease knowledge,health education achieved rate and nursing work satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:The disease knowledge,health education achieved rate of observer group was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the nursing work satisfaction of observer group was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path in health education after gallstone surgery,further regulate the medical and nursing care, meet the desire of patients to disease and health knowledge,strengthen exchanges between nurses and patients,improve the nurse-patient relationship,improve patient care satisfaction.
