目的:研究壳聚糖-磷酸三钙复合材料(CTCP)支架的制备新方法及其制品性能。方法:采用重结晶-冻干法制备支架,通过大体观察、pH值、孔隙率及孔隙直径测定、细胞复合培养来研究支架性能,直接冻干法支架作为对照。结果:重结晶法最优组较对照组在孔隙率上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孔隙直径也更理想,以100~300μm为主;细胞能进入材料的孔隙并生长良好。结论:重结晶法制备聚糖-磷酸三钙支架有更好的孔隙质量;较高的重结晶温度和速率可能是提高孔隙质量的有利因素。

목적:연구각취당-린산삼개복합재료(CTCP)지가적제비신방법급기제품성능。방법:채용중결정-동간법제비지가,통과대체관찰、pH치、공극솔급공극직경측정、세포복합배양래연구지가성능,직접동간법지가작위대조。결과:중결정법최우조교대조조재공극솔상비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。공극직경야경이상,이100~300μm위주;세포능진입재료적공극병생장량호。결론:중결정법제비취당-린산삼개지가유경호적공극질량;교고적중결정온도화속솔가능시제고공극질량적유리인소。
Objective:To explore the new method of chitosan/tricalcium phosphate(CTCP) scaffold preparation,and the scaffold’s performance assessment. Method:CTCP scaffolds were prepared by recrystallization method and ordinary mode,which were investigated by macroscopic observation,pH value,porosity, pore diameter and cell co-culture.Result:The best experimental group present significantly difference between control group in porosity(P<0.05).Which had better pore diameter in 100-300μm mainly and cell co-cultured present well-growing through the pore.Conclusion:CTCP scaffold has better pore quality,higher recrystal temperature and it’s rate could be the favorable factor to improve the quality of scaffold pore.
