目的：观察采用思密达与叶酸联合治疗小儿腹泻的疗效并分析探讨。方法：选取2011年1月-2013年1月笔者所在医院42例腹泻患儿，将42例患儿随机分为两组，观察组26例，行思密达与叶酸联合治疗，对照组16例，行单一思密达治疗。治疗期间观察全部患儿的病情改善程度，比较两组患儿疗效差异。结果：治疗期间两组患儿腹泻症状均有不同程度改善，观察组的止泻时间、退热时间、脱水纠正时间、总治疗时间均远小于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为96.2%，优于对照组的68.8%，差异有统计学意义(字2=14.162，P<0.05)。观察组无不良反应，对照组不良反应3例。结论：思密达与叶酸联合治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著，治愈率高，不良反应少，安全性好，值得推广。

목적：관찰채용사밀체여협산연합치료소인복사적료효병분석탐토。방법：선취2011년1월-2013년1월필자소재의원42례복사환인，장42례환인수궤분위량조，관찰조26례，행사밀체여협산연합치료，대조조16례，행단일사밀체치료。치료기간관찰전부환인적병정개선정도，비교량조환인료효차이。결과：치료기간량조환인복사증상균유불동정도개선，관찰조적지사시간、퇴열시간、탈수규정시간、총치료시간균원소우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조유효솔위96.2%，우우대조조적68.8%，차이유통계학의의(자2=14.162，P<0.05)。관찰조무불량반응，대조조불량반응3례。결론：사밀체여협산연합치료소인복사료효현저，치유솔고，불량반응소，안전성호，치득추엄。
Objective:To observe and explore the effect of Dioctahedral Smectite combined with Folic Acid in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Method:42 cases of children with diarrhea from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group of 26 cases was treated with Dioctahedral Smectite and Folic Acid,the control group of 16 cases was treated with Dioctahedral Smectite.All the patient’s condition was observed during treatment,the curative effects in two groups of children were compared.Result:Diarrhea symptoms were improved varying degrees in two groups during the treatment,the observation group of antidiarrheal time,antifebrile time,dehydration,correct time,total treatment time were far less than those in the control group,there were significant difference(P<0.05).The effective rate in observation group was 96.2%,far more than the 68.8%of the control group,there was significant difference(χ2=14.162,P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the observation group,3 cases adverse reaction in the control group.Conclusion:Dioctahedral Smectite combined with Folic Acid in the treatment of infantile diarrhea have curative effect,high cure rate,less adverse reaction,security is good,it is worth promoting.
