目的：探讨护理干预对脑梗死后抑郁症的应用效果。方法：通过对2010年4月-2013年12月在笔者所在医院内科三区进行治疗的110例脑梗死后抑郁症患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，对照组患者仅给予常规护理，试验组患者在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、日常生活能力评分(ADL)和神经功能缺损情况评分(NFA)。结果：试验组患者总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理后试验组患者ADL评分明显高于对照组，NFA评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对脑梗死后抑郁症患者采取护理干预，可显著改善患者抑郁情绪，提高治疗效果及患者的生活质量。护理干预对脑梗死后抑郁症患者有着十分重要的临床意义，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토호리간예대뇌경사후억욱증적응용효과。방법：통과대2010년4월-2013년12월재필자소재의원내과삼구진행치료적110례뇌경사후억욱증환자，수궤분위시험조화대조조，대조조환자부급여상규호리，시험조환자재상규호리적기출상급여호리간예。관찰비교량조환자적치료효과、일상생활능력평분(ADL)화신경공능결손정황평분(NFA)。결과：시험조환자총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；호리후시험조환자ADL평분명현고우대조조，NFA평분저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：침대뇌경사후억욱증환자채취호리간예，가현저개선환자억욱정서，제고치료효과급환자적생활질량。호리간예대뇌경사후억욱증환자유착십분중요적림상의의，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To study the application effect of nursing intervention on depression after cerebral infarction.Method:110 patients with depression after cerebral infarction from April 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,control group patients were give only routine nursing care,the experimental group patients were given nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,daily life ability score(ADL) and neural function defect score(NFA) were compared.Result:The total effective rate in experimental group was higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).ALD score of experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,NFA score of experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention on depression after cerebral infarction patients can significantly improve depression patients,improve the effect of treatment and the patient's quality of life.Nursing intervention on depression after cerebral infarction patients has important clinical significance,it is worth popularization and application.
