目的:探讨检测单纯性颅脑损伤患者凝血常规和D-二聚变化情况的临床意义。方法对67例单纯性颅脑损伤患者及对照组30例健康体检者纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)等凝血常规指标及D-二聚体(D-D)值进行检测,并进行比较分析。结果单纯性颅脑损伤各组患者PT、APTT、TT等凝血常规指标及D-D值均显著高于对照组,Fbg值显著低于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),颅脑损伤组患者随着损伤程度的加重,PT、APTT、TT等凝血常规指标及D-D值也相应升高,Fbg值相应降低。结论联合检测单纯性颅脑损伤患者凝血常规指标及D-D值,对于监测颅脑损伤病情具有重要临床意义。

목적:탐토검측단순성로뇌손상환자응혈상규화D-이취변화정황적림상의의。방법대67례단순성로뇌손상환자급대조조30례건강체검자섬유단백원(Fbg)、응혈매원시간(PT)、활화부분응혈활매시간(APTT)、응혈매시간(TT)등응혈상규지표급D-이취체(D-D)치진행검측,병진행비교분석。결과단순성로뇌손상각조환자PT、APTT、TT등응혈상규지표급D-D치균현저고우대조조,Fbg치현저저우대조조,조간차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05),로뇌손상조환자수착손상정도적가중,PT、APTT、TT등응혈상규지표급D-D치야상응승고,Fbg치상응강저。결론연합검측단순성로뇌손상환자응혈상규지표급D-D치,대우감측로뇌손상병정구유중요림상의의。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of detecting coagulation and D-dimer in the diagnosis and treatment of simple craniocerebral injury. Methods The levels of PT, TT, APTT, Fbg and D-D in 67 patients with simple craniocerebral injury and 30 healthy subjects in the control group were detected, and were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of PT, APTT, TT and D-D in the patients simple craniocerebral injury were significantly higher than those of the healthy physical subjects in the control group, and the level of Fbg was significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), with the severity of injury in patients, the levels of PT, APTT, TT and other conventional indicators of coagulation and D-D corresponding increased, the level of Fbg decreased. Conclusion The combined detection of the levels of conventional indicators of coagulation and D-D has important clinical significance for monitoring brain injury.
