目的：分析血清铁蛋白及其他肿瘤标志物检测对肺癌的诊断作用。方法选取我院2011年1月至2013年10月间收治的48例肺癌患者设为观察组，采用回顾性的方式分析患者的临床资料。另选同期的70例体检健康者进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的血清铁蛋白、NSE、CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1含量明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；相比于各项指标单独检测，采用血清铁蛋白与4种肿瘤标志物联合检测的敏感度明显要高（P＜0.05）。结论血清铁蛋白联合NSE、CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1用于早期检测肺癌具有很高的敏感性，值得在临床应用上推广。
목적：분석혈청철단백급기타종류표지물검측대폐암적진단작용。방법선취아원2011년1월지2013년10월간수치적48례폐암환자설위관찰조，채용회고성적방식분석환자적림상자료。령선동기적70례체검건강자진행대비분석。결과관찰조환자적혈청철단백、NSE、CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1함량명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）；상비우각항지표단독검측，채용혈청철단백여4충종류표지물연합검측적민감도명현요고（P＜0.05）。결론혈청철단백연합NSE、CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1용우조기검측폐암구유흔고적민감성，치득재림상응용상추엄。
Objective To analyze the serum ferritin and other tumor markers detection in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods From January 2011 to October 2011 were of 48 patients with lung cancer as observation group, with the method of retrospective analysis clinical data of patients. Work in the same period of 70 healthy physical examination were analyzed. Results Observation group of patients with serum ferritin, NSE and CEA, CA125, CYFRA2l-l content is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);Compared with single detection, the indicators using serum ferritin with four kinds of tumor markers detection sensitivity significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum ferritin combined NSE and CEA, CA125, CYFRA2l-l for early detection of lung cancer has a high sensitivity and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
