目的：探讨保守治疗和手术治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效情况。方法分析我院收治的阑尾周围脓肿患者232例临床资料，依据治疗措施不同进行临床分组，保守治疗组154例和手术治疗组78例。结果手术治疗组阑尾周围脓肿住院时间、抗生素应用时间低于保守治疗组，P＜0.05，差异均有统计学意义。而阑尾周围脓肿手术和其他类型阑尾炎手术的术后切口感染、腹腔脓肿、粪瘘发生率无明显差异， P＞0.05。结论阑尾周围脓肿可以考虑手术治疗，其胃肠功能恢复时间短，总住院时间短，抗生素使用时间短，而其术后并发症发生率并不比其他类型阑尾炎的手术治疗高。

Objective To approach clinical result of periappendiceal abscess treatment by conservative treatment and operation treatment. Method To analyze 232 clinical data of periappendiceal abscess patients in our hospital. Which was to be divided into conservative treatment group 154 cases and operation treatment group 78 cases. Result The length of stay, antibiotic application time of operation treatment group were lower than conservative treatment group, P<0.05, the difference were statistical significanc the infection of incisional wound, intra-abdominal abscess, incidence of fecal fistula of two groups were no difference, P>0.05. Conclusion Periappendicural abscess surgery can be considered, total length of hospital stay is short, antibiotic use time is short, And the incidence of postoperative complications is not higher than suppurative appendicitis surgical treatment.
